Globalization is an international question affecting everyone's life, sooner or later and compelling them to change their circumstances. The Islamic world, like the others, is exposed to the detriments of this made-in-the-U.S. phenomenon. With a brief definition of globalization, this article addresses the negative consequences of the trend and pays special attention to what America means by globalization, i.e. denial of every civilization other than western's and trial to inculcating the American model of civilization to the other nations in a bit to dominate them. The author also tackles the problems facing the U.S. in materialization of its unilateral goals. Problems such as the Islamic world claiming an Islamic-oriented globe instead of an American version of globalization.<br> | |||
